Plan A:

I will combine all of our suggestions in one document (not editing the

comments at all).

We divide the document up by subproficiencies and have two of our core

group (those on this email) work on each one to make sure the

subproficiencies make sense and are consistent in wording and content.

Then I'll recombine our work from above, and mail out an "Almost final

first draft" to us all to review.

We can tweak this.

Then we'll be ready to have a meeting with larger group input.
